Users with an Exchange Online mailbox: please check your Forwarding and Time zone settings

There was a short incident around 13:00 on Friday 13 April in which Exchange Online mailbox user licences were briefly withdrawn in error after an upgrade script did not perform as expected. The issue was swiftly resolved, but the temporary withdrawal of user licences may have affected some mail settings. Please check the following two settings are as you expect them to be:
